Reservations

To reserve your cabin we require a valid credit card number. For your protection, do not provide this number by regular e-mail. We will take your credit card details only by phone and in this secure online form. We realize that unforeseen events may sometimes prevent you from keeping a reservation. If your cancellation notice is received more than 10 days before expected arrival date, we will not charge you. However, if we are not notified of cancellation within 10 days of your arrival date, 50% of the total cost or 2 days stay, whichever is lower, will be charged.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-out time is 11:00 am.

Payment

All prices are in Canadian funds. All rates are subject to change, but will not change once booked We are pleased to accept cash, travelers' cheques, MasterCard, Visa or debit (Interac). Minimum Stay Required on weekends and Holidays. 10% discount of rack rates with BCAA or AMA card at check-in when complied with minimum stay requirement. One discount per-Card per cabin. Must show unexpired card at check-in. No other discount on holidays and summer weekend. Only one discount will be applied and it cannot be combined with other offer. Prepayment required.

Cancellation Policy

Ten-Day Cancellation Policy. Special events, holiday reservations, and reservation from third party sites are non cancellable, full charge applies at the time of booking, No refund. Cancellation Fee Imposed on all reservations canceled within 10 days of arrival date. Group Booking requires 100 % Prepayment and 50 % cancellation fee imposed if canceled 30 days prior to arrival No refund after that. No refund for early Checkout.
